Patrick Easter, Owner/Broker of Easter & Easter Realtors, has been helping clients buy and sell Real Estate in the Austin market for decades. However, there's much more to Patrick's passions than just Real Estate. In this episode of Thrivenomics, Patrick shares stories from his recent cycling journey from Kanab, UT back home to Austin, TX. The journey took more than three weeks to complete, covered almost 1,300 muscle-powered miles, and saw total elevation gains of more than 37,000 feet.
Cycling is more than just a physical workout for Patrick. In the interview, he shared with James and Raul how this journey helped him psychologically as well and gave him a renewed sense of calm. Given the current environment, we all could gain a lot of inspiration from a renewed mindset like that.
