In Central Texas, along Highway 290 just west of Austin, Winemaking has been a rapidly growing industry for a number of years. In this week's episode, James and Raul sat down in the studio with Henry Crowson, founder of Crowson Wines in Johnson City, Texas.
Henry and our hosts "poured" over a wide range of topics including the history of the wine trade in Texas, the Art and Science of Winemaking, as well as enjoying a tutorial on finding and enjoying your next glass.
